A division-before-multiplication ordering in the voting power calculation introduced minor precision loss on each operation. Unlike H-02 (reward calculation), the per-operation drift is small but accumulates across many calls.
Description
Similar to the H-02 finding but in the voting-power calculation path: a division-before-multiplication ordering caused minor precision loss on each operation. The per-operation drift was small (sub-unit), but cumulative drift across many operations affected the long-term accuracy of governance weights.
Impact
Cumulative precision loss in voting-power accounting. Low single-operation impact; higher cumulative impact over many epochs.
Recommendation
Reorder operations so multiplication happens before division wherever feasible. Use fixed-point arithmetic with a known precision rather than relying on integer truncation.
